Draw observations colored by cluster membership in the main tSNE space
draw_tsne(data, stoic_clusters, cluster = NA)
Arguments
- data
Object returned by the `stoic_data` function.
- stoic_clusters
Object returned by the `stoic_clustering` function.
- cluster
(Optional) Cluster of interest (numeric). If no cluster number
is given, all clusters will appear on the plot.
