Plots the value in the main data of the stoic clusters, along (ordered) samples.
draw_profiles(data, stoic_clusters, cluster = NA)
Arguments
- data
Object returned by the `stoic_data` function.
- stoic_clusters
Object returned by the `stoic_clustering` function.
- cluster
(Optional) Cluster of interest (numeric). If no number of passed, all
clusters will appear on the plot.
